Enjoyed working with Kathy on selling our mother's home! She was very thorough in explaining each step of the process, making sure we understood each document, working with us on determining fair selling price, and liaison between us and the buyer/buyer's agent. Made a very complicated process to those who don't do this every day, understandable in layman's terms, always alerting us to any changes, explaining expectations in the housing industry and how they applied to our situation and the home we were selling. Kathy was very valuable in making recommendations for who to contact for inspections and reports that were needed/requested.
