Cell: 601-672-4695A native of Baton Rouge, La., Lisa Moore is a long time Jacksonian, having moved to Jackson at the age of six. Growing up in Northeast Jackson, Lisa attended both public and private schools. A 1977 graduate of Mississippi State University she obtained a BS degree in human sciences with a double major in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Psychology.
Lisa Moore, began her career as a territory sales manager/sales representative with Clairol Inc. of New York, a division of Bristol-Meyer. A “Top Ten” sales representative and active in her community, she was inducted into the Outstanding Young Women Of America. After 15 years as a homemaker, mom and community volunteer, Lisa obtained her Real Estate license in 1998, embarking on a new career as a Metro Jackson RE agent. For the past 11 years Lisa has been associated with Nix Tann & Associates Inc., a premiere Jackson area RE firm and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, MAR and JAR.
Mother of two children, she has always been a strong supporter of volunteerism and very active in the Jackson metro community. A sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson and former officer and board member of the Jackson Symphony League, Lisa was also active in both the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School and St. Joseph Catholic School parent associations, serving most recently as the Capital Campaign chairman for St. Joe. A long time member of St. James Episcopal church, she is a licensed lay reader, chalice bearer, sub deacon. Sunday School teacher, youth leader and member of ECW and various other committees.
