Cissy has lived in Jackson all but two years of her life. She is a member of the Jackson Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Cissy and her husband, Dr. Michael Carter, are the parents of three children and seven grandchildren. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Jackson, singing in the Sanctuary Choir for 18 years. She attended the University of Mississippi.
Cissy will provide valuable service to buyers, sellers, and investors, while maintaining high standards of practice.
